As a Lactation Consultant and Birth Doula, my intention is to help your family move through this experience feeling empowered. With informational, emotional, and physical support, my goal is to help you discover the knowledge and tools you already possess, provide gentle guidance when necessary and appropriate referrals as needed.
My hope is that you walk down your path with confidence, make informed decisions about your care, and feel supported the whole way through; Each family will walk a different path, have their own unique experience, and I look forward to meeting you right where you are!

Sometimes a new Mama just needs some extra support. In home or in office, my one-on-one breastfeeding counseling offers a comprehensive assessment and gentle guidance, as well as identifying and troubleshooting obstacles and additional referals when needed. Learn More >

Every growing family deserves a Doula! A Doula is a non-medical support person who provides pregnant women and their birth partners with continuous physical, emotional and informational assistance before, during and after labor and birth. Learn More >
Support Group
Moms & Milk safe space for Moms & Babies to gather. This is a weekly support group for Mothers who are breastfeeding/chestfeeding, combination feeding, exclusively pumping or supplementing with donor milk or formula. Learn More >
